Frankfurt School is looking for an Assistant Professor of Operations Management (October 2018 – March 2019). The incumbent will teach several sections of a second-year course in “Operations Management” in the Bachelor in Business Administration. Teaching is in Quarter 2, an intensive block of about seven weeks between late October and mid-December (see time structure for more details). Afterward, the incumbent will have to grade exams with the help of teaching assistants.
Prerequisite for the position is a Ph.D. in Operations Management, Management Science, Operations Research, or related field. We look for excellent communication skills, and evidence of teaching effectiveness. German language skills are not required.
